The challenge lay in swiftly designing an intuitive, mobile-responsive platform that would allow fans to actively participate in the racing experience in ways that no other Indy car team had attempted. Without a platform that was easy to navigate, they ran the risk of low engagement and participation, potentially stalling the "Power of the People" program before it even left the starting line

About The Project
LCMS was brought in to bring this vision to life and faced several unique development hurdles. The interface needed to allow users to select their preferred car, choose a specific slot on the spoiler, and check the availability of slots in real time to prevent overselling. Further complexity came in with file uploads—users could only upload specific formats. This was a balancing act between offering an innovative experience and ensuring seamless usability.
