Leon Schubrych brings over a decade of IT experience with a strong background in project management and business analysis. His experience and expertise equip him to provide solutions. He handles client sales and coordinates several business functions. The favorite part of his role is interacting with his clients and learning about their business.

Natalie Goroshko is a Senior Product Designer with over a decade of experience shaping digital products across SaaS, e-commerce, and mobile platforms. With a background in graphic design and UX, she blends visual clarity with user research to create intuitive, functional designs. She has worked with a range of companies—from creative agencies to tech-driven businesses—bringing a thoughtful approach to solving complex problems. Originally from Belarus and now based in Houston, Natalie is known for aligning user needs with business goals through strategic, user-centered design.

Dani’s curiosity about human behavior and how it influences our relationship with brands is what led her to a career in marketing. With a degree in Media & Communications, studies in UX design and a background in film production, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to each project. Specializing in UX research, SEO, and content strategy, using storytelling and data-driven insights to shape each brand’s unique value.

After growing her TikTok and Instagram accounts to 115k and 15k followers, Kori knew she wanted to make a career out of social media, where she is now happily connected to her phone all day as a Social Media Manager. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Media and Information Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Kori loves seeing businesses establish and maintain an online presence and has nearly 7 years of experience in social media.

Marlaina’s decade of experience shines in her work. She’s won Best of Weddings (The Knot 2019). She loves to use her creativity to highlight unique features of businesses so that they can create stunning new websites. Marlaina has a studio in Shelby Township, Michigan, available for LCMS clients local to Eastern Michigan.
